How to Make a Purchase

1. Add your items to the shopping cart

Whenever you’re browsing our site, there is a virtual shopping cart that holds your purchases. When you find an item you want to purchase, from the product’s detail page click the “Add to Cart” button. Every time you add something to your cart, you will see a page with an itemized list of what’s in your shopping cart. To remove an item from your cart, simply check “Remove” box and hit update. That item will be removed from your cart. If need to add the same item to the cart, please change the quantity and click update or click “Continue Shopping” and select same item and “Add To Cart” from the product’s detail page. Once you’ve added something to your shopping cart, it remains there unless you remove it, even if you hit the ‘back’ button on your web browser. To shop more, click the button below the itemized list of products that reads “Continue Shopping“ and you’ll return to the home page of our site. If at anytime you wish to view the contents of your shopping cart in detail, click on the “View Cart“ icon on any product’s detail page or click Shopping Cart Page.


2. Check out

If you are done shopping and want to finish your purchase, from the shopping cart page click the button on the right hand side of the page labeled“Secure Checkout”.

The first step in checkout will ask you to do one of two things:
1) Log in to your PayPal account
2) Continue checkout without PayPal account by clicking“Click Here” button next to this statement “If you do not currently have a PayPal”

If the first option selected, you will proceed to checkout using your PayPal account.

If the second option is selected then the next step will be to enter a shipping address.

Next, you will be prompted for your billing address and credit card information as well as your email address and contact phone.

The fourth and final step will be to review your order information and make sure everything is correct. At this point, you will have the option to change your shipping & billing addresses as well as your credit card information.

When you’re done entering all the correct info and ready to pay, click the “Submit” button to complete the sale. If you need to correct something and have already hit“Submit“, please phone us at 718-360-4531 or email us at sales@motoworldonline.com

3. Order Confirmation

Your order confirmation will appear on the screen and will also be emailed to a provided email address.

Is there a sales tax involved?

Yes, if you are NY State resident. We will be assessing 8.875% sales tax based on our locality (NYC). There will be no sales tax charges for purchases/shipping outside NY State.
All NY State residents that purchase Automobile tires will be assessed $2.50 per tire for NYS Tire Waste Management.

International Orders

Q. Does Moto World, Inc ships internationally?

A. Moto World, Inc we can ship to most any address in the world, however we have specific requirements to complete an international sale:

1. Payment is by bank wire transfer only (Fast Service) or Certified funds by Mail (order will be held until all
funds are cleared)

No Credit Card or PayPal payments are accepted for international shipments.

International wire-transfers take about 2-3 business days to complete. This method is the most efficient and secure option for you. It allows us to ship immediately after wire confirmation.

2. Shipping is via USPS International or via DHL Worldwide Priority Express.

This is the same website/URL where we generate our international shipping quotes.

Q. Is there bank wire transfer fees involved?

A. Sending a payment by wire transfer will always involve additional fees. Fortunately these fees are very reasonable. Expect to spend an average of $20 - $25 extra dollars to transfer money to the United States (depending on your bank's fees) via an international wire transfer.

Your financial institution will charge you for sending money via wire transfer. In most cases, it is usually a $20 - $25 fee, but can be higher for some banks. You are responsible for paying this fee. In addition Moto World, Inc will subject international orders an additional $10.00 processing fee.

Q. What about International Taxes and Tariffs?

A. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be required to pay these fees to the courier, as applicable, upon delivery. Please consult your local customs office or tax authority for information specific to your situation. Contact us for an additional info; we are here to assist our customers

Placing an International Order:

1. Send us an email to intl_sales@motoworldonline.com with the following information:

Description and model number of the item you're interested in ordering. (Use Our Manufacturer Part Number or the product URL. Please be sure to include the make, model and year of your bike also.)

· Your Name ( First Name , Last Name )
· Email address.
· Company Name (if applicable)
· Full billing/shipping address including suite or room number, if applicable.

2. Once we have all needed info, we will email you the total estimated price of your order.

3. Bank Wire-Transfer Information:

Consult your bank to initiate a wire transfer to Moto World, Inc. Do not forget to ask your bank representative about any additional charges that may be applicable with a wire transfer.
International wire-transfers take about 2-3 business days to complete. This method is the most efficient and secure option for you. It allows us to ship immediately after wire confirmation.

We will provide you with our information for wire as an email response to your initial order request.
Please be advised that is usually takes 2 to 3 days after you've done a wire transfer for our bank to notify us about it.

Upon confirmation from our bank that the wire transfer is complete, we will ship your order.

Out of Stock/Backorder Items

On Out of Stock/Backorders we require a non-refundable down payment in the amount equal to half of the item’s sale price. The final half will be required when the item is ready to ship. This deposit will be retained as in store credit in the event of a backorder cancellation. If we are temporarily out of a product, you can place a backorder with our Sales Service department, and we will ship it to you as soon as it arrives.

Special Order Items

Special order items must be ordered thru our Sales Service department either by email or fax. You will receive an email or fax confirmation of your order acceptance and an approximate delivery time. All Special Orders require a non-Refundable payment upfront.

Shipping Information:

Who does Moto World, Inc use for shipping?
We currently offer USPS and UPS Ground. USPS Priority Mail and UPS Second Day Air are our expedited options. We don't offer Next Day Air as a shipping option because most of our customers are within UPS’ one to two day away zones, even using UPS Ground shipping. Some of our distributors that drop ship products for us will use Federal Express or DHL and will always provide a tracking number for your order.

Alaska and Hawaii residents: Your shipping options are USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air

Canadian Customers and Customers with APO/FPO addresses: Your orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail and the actual shipping cost will be added to your order.

International Shipping: We ship almost anywhere in the world. Please refer to International Orders under Ordering.

When will my items arrive? We understand that no one likes to wait for orders to show up at their door. For this reason, Moto World, Inc has developed strategic relationships with several of our larger distributors who will drop ship items for us when they are ordered. This means expedited shipping times for our customers.Due to the numerous warehouses scattered across the country that can drop ship items for us, it makes it hard to pin down exactly how long it will take your items to arrive at your door. Most items are generally available to be shipped to you within a few days. In-stock items will ship the same day we receive your order.We'll do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

How often do you ship? Every day, except Saturday, Sunday or holidays. We'll normally ship your order within 24-36 hours if it's in stock

Can you ship to P.O. Box? We do not In most cases, no. Almost all of our orders are shipped via UPS who does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Freight Damage

In the unlikely event you receive a package from us that has exterior damage, or you open it and find freight damage to the merchandise inside, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE FREIGHT CARRIER (UPS, FedEx, etc) IMMEDIATELY AND MAKE A CLAIM! Call us and we will help you get everything handled quickly, but we are not allowed to make the claim for you. KEEP THE DAMAGED BOX and all packaging materials to show the freight carrier - they may ask to see the merchandise, the damaged box, and the packaging. If you don't have them, your claim will probably be denied by the carrier.

Errors, Omissions, and Prices

Hey, we're only human, and there may be some pricing or other errors present on this website, but normally we catch problems like that when an order is processed, since we process, pull, and pack every order by hand. Prices are subject to change at any time due to changes in our costs for the product, but if there is a change in price, it will most often be a REDUCTION in price. We reduce our prices quite often as we grow and are able to buy in larger and larger quantities. If there is an increase in the price of products on your order, we will attempt to contact you via email. Please make sure your account profile stays updated so we can contact you!
