We will be assessing 8.875% sales tax based on our locality (NYC). There will be no sales tax charges for purchases/shipping outside NY State. All NY State residents that purchase Automobile tires will be assessed $2.50 per tire for NYS Tire Waste Management. International Orders Q. Does Moto World, Inc ships internationally? A. Moto World, Inc we can ship to most any address in the world, however we have specific requirements to complete an international sale: 1. Payment is by bank wire transfer only (Fast Service) or Certified funds by Mail (order will be held until all funds are cleared) No Credit Card or PayPal payments are accepted for international shipments. International wire-transfers take about 2-3 business days to complete. This method is the most efficient and secure option for you. It allows us to ship immediately after wire confirmation. A. Sending a payment by wire transfer will always involve additional fees. Fortunately these fees are very reasonable. Expect to spend an average of $20 - $25 extra dollars to transfer money to the United States (depending on your bank's fees) via an international wire transfer. Your financial institution will charge you for sending money via wire transfer. In most cases, it is usually a $20 - $25 fee, but can be higher for some banks. You are responsible for paying this fee. In addition Moto World, Inc will subject international orders an additional $10.00 processing fee. Q. What about International Taxes and Tariffs? A. Our prices do not include taxes and tariffs. Customers outside of the United States may be required to pay these fees to the courier, as applicable, upon delivery. Do not forget to ask your bank representative about any additional charges that may be applicable with a wire transfer. We will provide you with our information for wire as an email response to your initial order request. Out of Stock/Backorder Items On Out of Stock/Backorders we require a non-refundable down payment in the amount equal to half of the item’s sale price. The final half will be required when the item is ready to ship. This deposit will be retained as in store credit in the event of a backorder cancellation. If we are temporarily out of a product, you can place a backorder with our Sales Service department, and we will ship it to you as soon as it arrives. Special Order Items Special order items must be ordered thru our Sales Service department either by email or fax. You will receive an email or fax confirmation of your order acceptance and an approximate delivery time. All Special Orders require a non-Refundable payment upfront. Shipping Information: Who does Moto World, Inc use for shipping? We currently offer USPS and UPS Ground. USPS Priority Mail and UPS Second Day Air are our expedited options. We don't offer Next Day Air as a shipping option because most of our customers are within UPS’ one to two day away zones, even using UPS Ground shipping. Some of our distributors that drop ship products for us will use Federal Express or DHL and will always provide a tracking number for your order. Alaska and Hawaii residents: Your shipping options are USPS Priority Mail, UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air Canadian Customers and Customers with APO/FPO addresses: Your orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail and the actual shipping cost will be added to your order. Freight Damage In the unlikely event you receive a package from us that has exterior damage, or you open it and find freight damage to the merchandise inside, YOU MUST NOTIFY THE FREIGHT CARRIER (UPS, FedEx, etc) IMMEDIATELY AND MAKE A CLAIM! Call us and we will help you get everything handled quickly, but we are not allowed to make the claim for you. KEEP THE DAMAGED BOX and all packaging materials to show the freight carrier - they may ask to see the merchandise, the damaged box, and the packaging. If you don't have them, your claim will probably be denied by the carrier. Errors, Omissions, and Prices Hey, we're only human, and there may be some pricing or other errors present on this website, but normally we catch problems like that when an order is processed, since we process, pull, and pack every order by hand. Prices are subject to change at any time due to changes in our costs for the product, but if there is a change in price, it will most often be a REDUCTION in price. We reduce our prices quite often as we grow and are able to buy in larger and larger quantities.
