This new Dual Outlet design is based on an experimental design we made for American Honda`s Superbike program. Although it worked great they decided to go with a more conventional design. Since we did not wish to waste the time spent with the R&D on this project, we began looking at the possibilities of producing a street version. The end result was a Dual Outlet system for the CBR1000RR. When Triumph released the 675 we instantly saw the possibilities of the Dual Outlet for this bike. After a couple of prototypes were released, the feedback we gathered has resulted in this final version. Our dyno on a stock tuned bike showed a gain of over 5HP and and increase of 3 ft. lbs. of torque. Since the original design was conceived to work with a full factory engine, any modified engine will undoubtedly see better gains with this system. On the scales the system shaves 10lbs. off the stock system. Not bad for a slip-on half system!
