Returns/Exchanges Policy and Procedures:

We all know that bad news spreads 100 times faster than good news, and occasionally there are situations when a customer is unsatisfied due to internet problems, miscommunications, backorders, shipping problems, etc. It is our every intention to provide you with the fastest, most painless service possible. Shipping:
Shipping is FREE for any purchases over $150. The exception to this rule is the purchase of items valued at less than $150. The purchases of $50 or less can be assesed an additional minimum $10 handling fee for each order. We reserve the right to waive shipping & handling charges on per order basis. We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods (example: UPS for USPS, USPS for UPS) if such substitution will yield same or better performance and/or tracking. The only other exception is the shipping of tires. Each tire will have a shipping charge of $15. We will not ship your order if you are ordering for the 1st time and your Billing and Shipping Address are different. First time customers MUST have same Shipping and Billing Address.

International Purchases:
We welcome all international business. We ship all over the world and have been very successful for 5 years. All foreign buyers (no exceptions) are required to strictly adhere to the following rules:
Purchase of Pazzo Levers by International buyers will not be honored at USA prices if buyer's country/countries have an exclusive distributor. If Pazzo Levers will be a part of a much larger order then the price of Pazzo will be adjusted to reflect MAP price of that country but the difference in price will be credited towards other produts purchased at the same time

International Shipping:
We recommend that you choose US Postal Express Mail Service as a shipping method. By choosing USPS you will assure much easier procedure of Customs clearance. We highly recommend to select Express International. USPS Express shipping is the least expensive method, provides excellent tracking info and easy customs clearance. If your order is misplaced, delivered to the wrong address or lost, you agree to forfeit your right to claim as a refund thru your credit card. You will have to contact us first so that we can find a mutually agreeable solution. In over 4 years we haven't lost any packages.This rule superceeds all others. From time to time Moto World, Inc may offer new items for sale as Close-outs. There are absolutely no Retuns, Refunds or Exchanges on any of these items. All sales are final. This rule superceeds all others. Please make sure that its what you want when ordering items that are on Close-Out. Any packages sent to us without valid RMA number will refused!!!

In addition any applicable shipping charges associated with merchandise exchange are responsibility of the customer. These charges will be assessed and added to Exchange Fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There are absolutely no returns/refunds/exchanges on Special Order items, electrical and carbon fiber/fiberglass parts. If your product fails to perform to an advertised manufacturer standards you must contact us first. By discussing each particular situation we will be able to decide if the product can be covered under manufacturer limited warranty. Please see all warranty information pertaining to your product. Please realize that Moto World Inc is NOT a manufacturer but an authorized reseller. As a representative of a manufacturer products we will put forward our best effort to resolve all warranty claims in timely manner. Unfortunately not everything is up to us. When warranty claim is filled we will have to follow strict guidelines set by a given product manufacturer and adhere to their time frame.
