Policies

Returns/Exchanges Policy and Procedures:

Customer Service:

We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction. We all know that bad news spreads 100 times faster than good news, and occasionally there are situations when a customer is unsatisfied due to internet problems, miscommunications, backorders, shipping problems, etc. It is our every intention to provide you with the fastest, most painless service possible. Shipping:

Shipping is FREE for any purchases over $150. The exception to this rule is the purchase of items valued at less than $150. The purchases of $50 or less can be assesed an additional minimum $10  handling fee for each order. We reserve the right to waive shipping & handling charges on per order basis. We reserve the right to substitute shipping methods (example: UPS for USPS, USPS for UPS) if such substitution will yield same or better performance and/or tracking. The only other exception is the shipping of tires. Each tire will have a shipping charge of $15.
We will not ship your order if you are ordering for the 1st time and your Billing and Shipping Address are different. First time customers MUST have same Shipping and Billing Address.

International Purchases:

We welcome all international business. We ship all over the world and have been very successful for 5 years. All foreign buyers (no exceptions) are required to strictly adhere to the following rules:
  • All purchases totaled up to $500 can be paid with credit card, Bank Wire Transfer or Bank Check.
  • Any purchases totaled over $500 should only be paid by Bank Wire transfer or Bank Check. We reserve the right to make exceptions to this rules on case by cases basis.
  • When paying by credit card your Billing and Shipping addresses MUST MATCH.
  • All foreign buyers that make payments by credit card MUST email us a copy of the credit card used for a given transaction and a copy of their driver licenses. Name on the credit card MUST MATCH the name on the driver license.
Purchase of Pazzo Levers by International buyers will not be honored at USA prices if buyer's country/countries have an exclusive distributor. If Pazzo Levers will be a part of a much larger order then the price of Pazzo will be adjusted to reflect MAP price of that country but the difference in price will be credited towards other produts purchased at the same time

International Shipping:

We recommend that you choose US Postal Express Mail Service as a shipping method. By choosing USPS you will assure much easier procedure of Customs clearance. We highly recommend to select Express International. USPS Express shipping is the least expensive method, provides excellent tracking info and easy customs clearance. If your order is misplaced, delivered to the wrong address or lost, you agree to forfeit your right to claim as a refund thru your credit card. You will have to contact us first so that we can find a mutually agreeable solution. In over 4 years we haven't lost any packages.This rule superceeds all others. Close-Outs & Specials:

From time to time Moto World, Inc may offer new items for sale as Close-outs. There are absolutely no Retuns, Refunds or Exchanges on any of these items. All sales are final. This rule superceeds all others. Please make sure that its what you want when ordering items that are on Close-Out.  Please call 718-360-4531 if you have any questions

Cancellations:

All Orders are processed the same day you place them. There will be 10% handling fee applied to all processed but not shipped orders upon cancellation. This situation is due to the fact that we are being charged by Credit Card providers and/or PayPal. Please call 718-360-4531 if you wish to cancel an order.

Returns:

The following guidelines must be strictly followed:

A) You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product whether you want to return something.
B) You must get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us before shipping anything back to us.
C) Products must be Unused and in Original Condition. All tags, packaging, and effects must be intact. All returns must be in ”like new” condition. That means no grease stains, bug splatters or scratches anywhere on the product.
D) All returned merchandise must be pre-paid otherwise Moto World, Inc will not accept any returns. Shipping of returned merchandise is a customer's responsibility.
E) All returned merchandise must be shipped inside post box. Do not ship in its original mechandise packaging – it will arrive damaged.
F) All returns must have RMA number clearly displayed on the return box

Moto World, Inc will not accept any goods without prior authorization and without RMA number. Any packages sent to us without valid RMA number will refused!!!



ALL REFUNDSsubject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

There are absolutely no returns/refunds/exchanges on Special Order items, electrical and carbon fiber/fiberglass parts. Please make sure you want these items before ordering.


All returns and/or exchanges must be received by us within 7 days from the date of RMA number issued. Any returns that do not follow these rules will be returned to and no credits will be issued.

EXCHANGE: (very similar to Returns)

The following Exchange Fees table is a guideline of typical charges that will be applied to your account:
Helmets - $25 Windscreens / Levers - $20

Exhausts - $50                                 (Unopened full systems/Slip-ons ONLY)

Framesliders - $10 Tires - $25 All Other - $25

In addition any applicable shipping charges associated with merchandise exchange are responsibility of the customer. These charges will be assessed and added to Exchange Fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. There are absolutely no returns/refunds/exchanges on Special Order items, electrical and carbon fiber/fiberglass parts. WARANTY CLAIMS:

The following guidelines must be strictly followed:

If your product fails to perform to an advertised manufacturer standards you must contact us first. By discussing each particular situation we will be able to decide if the product can be covered under manufacturer limited warranty. Please see all warranty information pertaining to your product. Please realize that Moto World Inc is NOT a manufacturer but an authorized reseller. As a representative of a manufacturer products we will put forward our best effort to resolve all warranty claims in timely manner. Unfortunately not everything is up to us. When warranty claim is filled we will have to follow strict guidelines set by a given product manufacturer and adhere to their time frame.

Shipping defective products back to Moto World Inc is a sole responsibility of a customer. Moto World Inc is not responsible for shipping defective products to us and back to the customer if the product failed after 1 month usage. In case if the product becomes defective within first week, Moto World Inc will re-ship the replacement product back to the customer FREE of charge. In case customer receives defective wear items such as closing, helmets or boots, Moto World Inc MUST be notified immediately and an item in question cannot be worn and all tags must be present.
 
Do not ship in its original merchandise packaging – it will arrive damaged and warranty will not be honored!!!
Moto World, Inc will not accept any goods without prior authorization and without RMA number. Any packages sent to us without valid RMA number will refused!!!
